Will Hurricane Irene Fulfill Edgar Cayce Prophecies ?

Edgar Cayce predicted major earth changes will occur in the United Staes, here is the description of these major changes in the US in Cayce’s own words : Portions of the now East Coast of New-York, or New York itself will in the main disappear.

This will be another genereation, though, here while the southern portions of Carolina, Georgia – These will disappear. This will be much sooner. The waters of the lakes will empty inti the Gulf, rather than the waterway over wich such discussions have been recently made. It would be well if the waterway were prepared, but not for that purpose for which it is at present being considered.

 Then the area where the entity is now located (Virginia Beach) will be among the safety lands, as will be portions of what is now Ohio, Indiana and Illinois, and much of the southern portion of Canada and the eastern portion of Canada: While the Western land – much of that is to be disturbed as, of course much in other lands.

Days ago a 5.8 Mag EarthQuake hit Virginia

Virginia and the eastern side of the North American continent are in the middle of a tectonic plate. The North American Plate is one of the 15 or so major “chunks” of crust that float on top of the hot mantle. The plate includes both continental crust and heavier (iron- and magnesium-rich) oceanic crust.

Virginia is located far from the edge of the North American Plate. In contrast, California/Oregon/Washington are at the edge of the North American Plate. In Southern California, the western edge of the North American Plate rubs against the eastern edge of the Pacific Plate. That boundary is marked by the San Andreas Fault and many other named/unnamed faults.

Earthquakes in Virginia are rare in the Coastal Plain, but are not restricted to just one region. Two zones in Virginia are more susceptible to earthquakes than others, and can be identified by the rivers which follow those faults. The James River follows the Central Virginia Seismic Zone between Charlottesville and Richmond, while the New River follows the Giles County Seismic Zone from Radford to the West Virginia border.

Virginia is pretty stable, but just about any place in the state can experience an earthquake. Manassas was surprised by a 2.5 magnitude tremor in 1997, and an equivalent earthquake was felt in Culpepertwo months earlier. Near the southern edge of the Culpeper Triassic basin, a magnitude 3.2 earthquake rattled Charlottesville in 2001.

The most recent large earthquake in Virginia occurred on August 23, 2011, when a magnitude 5.8 quake was centered near Mineral, Virginia (followed by a 4.5 aftershock) in the Central Virginia Seismic Zone. In 2003, a 4.5 magnitude quake had struck nearby in Goochland County.

In the 2011 earthquake, the rumbling/shaking lasted 10-15 seconds and triggered buildings to be evacuated between New York City to Richmond. Modern technology is fragile, and the two nuclear power plants at Lake Anna were shut down as a routine precaution. Buildings on the Fairfax campus of George Mason University were closed, the Washington Monument cracked, urban workers in Washington DC took the rest of the afternoon off, and a classic traffic jam developed on Northern Virginia highways. In Culpeper County, the chimneys at the historic Salubria house cracked. In Louisa County, near the epicenter of the quake, the chimney at Cuckoo collapsed.

Water as well as land is affected by the earth shaking. When the quake hit, fish jumped out of Lake Jackson in Prince William County, and later that day at least one house near Manassas reported that water from the private well had turned brown!  Did Earth Changes on the Eastern Coast started as Edgar Cayce Predicted ? EarthQuakes in Nevada

Cayce predicted that changes would come on the Southern Coast of California and the ares between Salt Lake and the Southern portions of Nevada and we may expect within the 3 months following the same, inundation by the EarthQuakes, these would be more in the Southern than the Northern Hemisphere. Greater activities in the volcanoes Vesuvius and/or Pelee will follow.

In April/May 2011, around 3 months ago in the news : A swarm of 400 EarthQuakes hit Nevada !

With more than 20 earthquakes in several hours Saturday evening, and 400 in the past week, Nevada Seismological Laboratory members have mobilized from the University to the Hawthorne area to step-up monitoring efforts for the region. The highest in the sequence occurred at 5:45 p.m. on Sat., April 16. It was a magnitude 4.6, followed 10 minutes later by a 4.1.

“Although the earthquake rate has waxed and waned through time, the number of recorded events is very high,” Graham Kent, director of the seismological lab at the University of Nevada, Reno said. In total, this sequence has thus far produced nine magnitude 4 or larger earthquakes near Hawthorne, and about 25 earthquakes larger than magnitude 3.0.

Cayce’s Visions of the Future That are Yet to Happen

The widespread destruction in Los Angeles and San Francisco as well as in many portions of the west coast will occur. Earth changes will occur in the central portion of the United States as well.

There are several prophets that foretell future Earth changes such as earthquakes, volcanoes, a pole shift, strange weather patterns, droughts, famines, tidal waves and a new social order followed by a golden age. These visions of the future agree completely with the Cayce predictions described one the Alamongordo website.

The ocean level will rise significantly

With the shifting of the Earth’s magnetic poles that began in 1998 will come a gradual melting of the polar ice caps and eventually cause inundations of many coastal regions resulting in a drop in the landmass of about 30 feet. In 1941, Cayce elaborated on this effect:

As to conditions in the geography of the world, of the country — changes here are gradually coming about … For, many portions of the east coast will be disturbed, as well as many portions of the west coast, as well as the central portion of the U.S. In the next few years land will appear in the Atlantic as well as in the Pacific. And what is the coast line now of many a land will be the bed of the ocean. Even many battle fields of the present will be ocean, will be the seas, the bays, the lands over which The New World Order will carry on their trade as one with another.

Dramatic changes in coastlines around the world

Due to the shifting of the Earth’s magnetic poles and natural disasters, dramatic changes such as this will occur:

The Earth will be broken up in the western portion of America. The greater portion of Japan must go into the sea. The upper portion of Europe will be changed as in the twinkling of an eye. Land will appear off the east coast of America. When there is the first breaking up of some conditions in the South Sea and those as apparent in the sinking or rising of that that’s almost opposite same, or in the Mediterranean, and the Etna area, then we many know it has begun.

So maybe Hurricane Irene will be the worst storm to ever impact the United States, in a few hours we will know …
