Russian Space Agency Postponed Launch New Manned Mission !
The Russian space agency on Monday postponed the launch of a new manned mission to the International Space Station due to last week’s accident in which an unmanned cargo craft was lost, the state news agency RIA Novosti reported.
Alexei Krasnov of the space agency, Roscosmos, said the next manned mission, originally planned to launch on September 22, now would occur in late October or early November, according to the RIA Novosti report.
In the United States, NASA’s space station program manager told reporters Monday that the timing of the rescheduled mission could force the temporary de-manning of the space station later this year. However, the NASA official, Mike Suffredini, said no decisions can be made until a commission appointed by Russia completes its investigation of the August 24 crash involving a Soyuz rocket — the same kind used to power the flights of crew members to the space station.
With a planned rotation of the six crew members aboard the space station scheduled to begin next month, a delay in using the Soyuz could prevent the ability to bring replacements, Suffredini said. “If we don’t have Soyuz flying by the middle of November — the 16th or so, the normal landing time for the last crew — we would have to de-man ISS at that point,” Suffredini said. The six astronauts at the space station are three from Russia, two from the United States and one from Japan.
Due to the schedule change announced Monday, the three Russian astronauts on board will return to Earth eight days later than originally planned, on September 16 instead of September 8, Krasnov said. They will fly a Soyuz vehicle already at the space station. Suffredini said another Soyuz vehicle at the space station, which is set to fly back the other three crew members, will have its certification for the return mission expire by mid-November.
If there can’t be a new manned mission from Earth by then, administrators will have to decide whether to take extensive steps to extend the vehicle’s certification for the return flight, proceed on a return flight without certification, or de-man the space station by flying back the remaining crew members within the certification period, he said. “We’re going to do what’s safest for the crew and for the space station,” Suffredini said. He acknowledged that leaving the space station without any crew members increased the risk for trouble.
“There is a greater risk of losing the ISS when it’s unmanned than if it were manned,” Suffredini said, adding that the risk increase “is not insignificant.” The commission in Russia investigating last week’s accident will determine the new launch date for the next manned mission, Krasnov said, according to the RIA Novosti report. Prior to that mission, Roscosmos will make two unmanned Soyuz launches, “either an automated one or a freighter or both,” he said. On August 24, a Progress M-12M space freighter carrying food and other items to the space station broke up over southern Siberia after failing to separate from its Soyuz-U carrier rocket, RIA Novosti reported.
It was the first loss of a Progress freighter in more than 30 years of operation, according to the report, which said the cause was believed to be a rocket engine failure. However, it was the second failed space launch in Russia in less than 10 days. No one has commented on the report by NASA and other astronomers that Elenin will be/is breaking up as a result of the CME that hit it. Any comments about that?

Debbie: I live in MO and have noticed the night sky is not as dark either! I usually sit out on my back deck and watch the stars, but lately the sky has not been as dark so I can barely see them! So yes, I have noticed too!

After hurricane Irene cleared out of ny I noticed the nite sky was so clear. Very different that it caught my attention. I stared up at it for a half hour. There were so many stars out. Many. Midnight looked like a 5am sun rise. Even now at 7pm not a remnant of a chemtrail.

Some people think the sun is setting where it should not. Moon also. There is such a thing as Chandler’s Wobble. This means the earth tilts on it’s axis from around 21 degrees to around 24 degrees. No disaster. Not the end of the world. As for the sun rising 2 days early in Greenland. Well, I don’t know. I am sure some do. And it is probably something ordinary and mundane as other occurences.
I am sure the brighter nights are a natural occurence.
Besides. Niburu is a brown dwarf. It does not emit light. It sucks light in. Won’t brighten the skies.
But I thought of the comet as well when I heard of the astronauts leaving the space station.
Not to mention Irene and the ‘over hyped’ publicity and the president of the U S A so involved. Normally he would be playing golf.
Some mentioned that Rush Limbaugh and others are expecting some big changes in the next ’6 weeks’. Yes, just one and a half months.
But. We’ll see.

I am glad you presented this. I saw it on the news yesterday and IMMEDIATELY thought, they are de-manning this thing because of Elenin. Then I waited to see who picked up on it and you are the only one!
Thanks and I have to add that I would like someone to report on the fact that the skys are much lighter at night than they used to be. In the past month, I have noticed that it really doesn’t get as dark as it used to. I live in NC and there are many country roads without street lights. Until recently, I had to always use my high beams to drive these roads at night. Not now though, because I can see just fine because it’s not really dark out, even at 12:30 at night.
The other night, I could actually see white clouds in the sky at 10:30pm. You can hardly see the stars now, except the brightest, because it’s not dark enough to see them. And, I have noticed that there is a red hue to the sky at night, late, when it is supposed be be really dark and it’s not.
I believe it is because with Nibiru being so close now, it is adding additional light and yet I have not seen anyone report this. It can’t be that this is happening in just NC.
Oh, I did see one You Tube video of someone showing that at 3:30AM it was light, but could we be the ONLY TWO people noticing this?

we also have noticed the sky is lighter at night. I live in ny in the country. no street lights. sure is bright out after midnight. so I am glad someone else noticed this. I see lots of orbs also. not sure what they are. def. not satelites. so I am not sure if they are ufos or not.
Well, you are rigth, nobody talks about elenin just me and both of you, when i talk about it people look at me like im crazy, but comon why NASA stoped the space program, then russian rocket exploted, now they are bringing back the astronauts for a while, it is obvious that something is heading our way.
